Dear Sisters and Brothers:

You are cordially invited to attend the stated meeting on Friday, October 22, 2004 at 5:00pm, for the purpose of receiving petitions, balloting and transacting any business that may legally come before the Chapter. Please note the change in time. Sister Officers may wear colored gowns to the early meeting, but must wear white gowns to the Open Installation.

Installation of Officers: An Open Installation will be held at 8:00pm with the following suite:

Installation Banquet: Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. This is a complimentary dinner being given by our new Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron, Sister Shelley and Brother Larry, and is available by reservation only. To reserve your ticket, please contact the Secretary no later than October 15th. No tickets will be available after this date.

Rehearsal: There will be a rehearsal on Sunday, October 10th at 6pm for the current officers, new officers and installing suite to rehearse retiring and installation.

Collation: Under the direction of Sister Linda A Maynard, assisted by Sisters Nancy J Molnar and Jackie Poisson.

Sympathy - Is extended to Carolyn Phinney on the loss of her son.

Thinking of you: Sister Nancy J Molnar who is recovering from a brief hospital stay, Sister Leslee E Steele who recently had surgery and is doing wonderfully well, and to Sister Lisa M Russell, who underwent nose surgery.

Congratulations to Sister Gail F Whitney and Brother Jeffrey L Brown who were married on October 2rd.

Fez-tival of Trees - Pilgrim Chapter will be donating a decorated Christmas tree to the Bektash Fez-tival to trees in November. The theme of the tree will be "101 Ways to Make a Difference". All those interested in donating decorations should bring in any items to the October meeting.

Nashua Assembly #9, IORG - The Rainbow Girls will be holding their next meeting on Thursday, October 21st. The girls are taking orders for Krispy Kreme doughnuts. They will be on sale for $6 per dozen through November 20th. Contact any member of the Advisory Board or Allyson Britko to place your order. In addition, the Rainbow Girls are now collecting old cell phones. If you would like to donate to this project, please drop off your cell phone in the box at the Temple. They will be collecting this throughout the year.

Rainbow Pledge Group - Pledge Mom, Sister Sherry M Jackson (598-2682) and the Pledge girls are actively looking for new members. Please call Mom Sherry if you know of a girl age 8-11 years old who would like to join.

OES Breakfast to benefit Rainbow Pledge - The next breakfast will be held on Sunday, October 17, 2004 from 7:30-10:30am. Everyone is invited. All proceeds this month go toward the activities of the Pledge girls.

2004 Masonic Directory - The new Nashua Masonic Directory is now available for purchase at $2 per copy. Please contact Sister Lisa J Markarian, PM, at 673-2452 if you would like a copy.

From the East-
As our term comes to a close, we look back over all of the wonderful memories of this past year. We are so fortunate to have such an active, supportive and loving Chapter! Thank you to all of our officers who have put their heart and love into their office to make our meetings and ceremonies so beautiful. To Sister Shelley and Brother Larry, we wish you and your officers much success and happiness on the road ahead. You know that we are always here for you.
