November 2003 Dear Sisters and Brothers: You are cordially invited to attend the stated meeting on Friday, November 28, 2003 at 7:30 pm, for the purpose of receiving petitions, balloting, and transacting any business that may legally come before the Chapter. Sister Officers may wear colored gowns. We will be honoring our Master Masons at this meeting. Collation-Under the direction of Sister Shelley M Gullett, AM, assisted by Sisters Jackie Poisson and Nancy Molnar. Ruth M Ainsworth-Dow Worthy Grand Matron in 1956-1957 with our Brother Robert E Sudsbury, PGP Honorary Member of Pilgrim Chapter Passed on October 25, 2003 Sometimes those we love go before us, and it is so hard for us to bear. Let the memory of their kindness and love, live on through us. It is in this way that their heart will go on forever. Sympathy-Is extended to Sister Julia Pitarys on the death of her brother. Thinking of You-Get well wishes are extended to Brother Mark A Marden, PP, as he continues to recover from his bout with pneumonia; Sister Lee Ogonowsky-Prevo as she recovers from a recent surgery; Sister Beverly F Burleigh, PM; as she recovers from eye surgery; Brother Raymond M Flynn, PP, as he continues to recover; and to Brother Jim Brady who has not been well as of late. Learning Center - Sister Lisa F Britko, PM, is still looking for volunteers to help at the Learning Center with various activities. In addition, Sister Charlotte A Callahan is selling buttons and magnets for $1 each to support the Learning Center. Nashua Assembly #9, IORG-Our Rainbow Girls will be having their next meeting on November 20th beginning at 7pm. During their December 4th meeting, Pilgrim Chapter will make an Official Visit to witness the initiatory degrees of the Rainbow Girls and show our continued support of their activities. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm and will be followed by a social time to get to know the girls. In addition, the annual Grand Cross of Color degree and luncheon will be held on Sunday, November 16th at the Portsmouth Masonic Temple. Our Sisters Shelley M Gullett and Sherry M Jackson will be receiving this high honor. All Masters of the Grand Cross are invited to attend. Also, during the months of November and December, the Rainbow Girls will be taking orders for one dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The cost is $6 for one dozen and orders can be placed with any Rainbow Girl or Advisory Board member. The doughnuts will be available for pick-up at the December Pledge Holiday Breakfast on December 21st. Rainbow Pledge Group-Pledge Mom, Sister Sherry M. Jackson (598-2682) and the Pledge girls are actively looking for new members. Please call Mom Sherry if you know of a girl age 8-11 years old who would like to join. OES Breakfast to benefit Rainbow Pledge-The next breakfast will be held on Sunday, December 21st, from 7:30-11am. Everyone is invited. All proceeds go to the Pledge Girls' projects. We will be celebrating the holidays with a special visit from Santa! (There will not be a November breakfast) Nashua Masonic Directories-For 2003, are now available for $2.00 each. Contact Lisa J.
