Hospital on June 10th. It will include a tour, and dinner in
Springfield - Spaghetti Freddies, if possible.
We will be leaving from behind Crosby's at noon, and will have
dinner together after, so be sure to sign up. Children are
welcome at the Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield. Donations
to the hospital of new stuffed animals, children's books and
money will be gratefully accepted.
As mentioned at the last meeting, we have a special request from
the kids for about 20 new very soft cuddly stuffed animals of
all kinds ( not necessarily teddy bears - a camel made a great
hit in Boston!) one to be given to each child to keep at the
Burns Center. It will mean worlds to them. Please bring to the
Temple, and mark for the Burns Center kids, or better yet, BRING
TO THE MAY MEETING! Sister Ellie will be going back to sing
and play again, and will bring them then.
