Dear Sisters and Brothers
You are cordially invited to attend the stated meeting on Friday, January 23rd, 2009 at 7:30 pm, for the purpose of receiving petitions, balloting and transacting any business that may legally come before the Chapter. This will be a Grand Family Night. We will be doing the opening and closing ceremony and the Grand Family will be doing the initiation work on this evening. Sister Officers need to wear white gowns to the meeting.

COLLATION - Under the direction of Sister Jennifer A. Taylor, A.M. and Sister Jacqueline A. and Brother Norman J. Poisson.

2009 DUES and ASSESSMENTS are now due. Please be sure to send in your payments as soon as possible to the Secretary.

SICKNESS - Illness has been really going around. If you know of someone in the hospital or just under the weather, please leave me an e-mail, so we can help and put him or her in our prayers. Our Brother Joseph Clark, PP is still not doing well and would love to receive some cards. Sister Lillian Woessner is in Greenbriar Rehab. temporarily. Sister Edith Holmes has been ill but is on the mend. On a side note, we are still in the process of visiting with our Shut -ins. Due to the illness several of our members who usually do the visiting; we are a little behind on our visits. If anyone would like to assist in these visits please contact the Worthy Matron.

NASHUA ASSEMBLY #9, IORG- The Rainbow Girls meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7:00pm. OES members are encouraged to attendance event. For the month of January, due to schedule conflicts because of the holiday and OES visitation, the January 15th meeting is a rehearsal, and they will be initiating two new members on January 22nd (fourth Thursday). That meeting will start at 6:00pm. The stated meetings next month are February 5th and 19th. Nashua Assembly #9,as well as all the assemblies in the state, will be having their Large Official Visitation Experience (LOVE) DAY on February 7th at 1:30pm at the Nashua Masonic Temple. This is a fun event where the girls around the state will be putting on skits for the Grand Worthy Advisor to celebrate her theme this year. Dress is casual and all OES members are invited to attend. PLEDGE RAINBOW GROUP - The Pledges and Sparkles are growing! We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, from 7 to 8 pm. Our new groups The Sparkles meet the same time. We have our Pledge breakfast on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 7:30 to 10:30 am.

RISING SUN LODGE - The Installation of Officers will be held at the Masonic Temple in Nashua on January 24, 2009 at 3:00 pm. Our Brother David B. Molnar will be going in as Worshipful Master at that time. Please plan on attending and supporting he and Sister Nancy in this wonderful event..

MONTHLY /ARK SERVICE PROJECT - will be to go to the Installations in Nashua and around the state as we meet and congratulate our Masonic Family on their achievement.
