Pilgrim Chapter No. 55 Order of the Eastern Star Include List

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

You are cordially invited to attend the stated meeting on Friday, January 24, 2003 at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of receiving petitions, balloting, and transacting any business that may legally come before the Chapter. Sister Officers may wear colored gowns. Brother John W. Jackson, P.P., Sisters Jacqueline J. Cole, and Sherry M. Jackson will be installed at this meeting.

There will be a special meeting Friday, January 31, 2003 at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of Initiation. Sister Officers will wear white gowns.

Host/Hostess: for the evening of January 24 will be Sister Susan I. Douglas, P.M. and Sister Pamela G. Williams, P.M.
Collation: Under the direction of Sister Stacy M. Desrosiers, assisted by Sisters Jackie E. Poisson and Nancy J. Molnar. The sponsors this month for January 24 are Sisters Susan I. Douglas, P.M., Pamela G. Williams, P.M., Lisa K. Hollis, and Laurie Kelly. January 31, the sponsors will be Sisters Jacqueline J. Cole and Leslee E. Steele.

Sympathy: Is extended to Sister Shelley M. Gullett, who lost her grandmother in December.

The Grand Escorts need your help for the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center: They are collecting new, soft, huggable, stuffed animals to present to children who are undergoing medical treatment. We will present our collection at the March 28, 2003 VISITATION, so please contribute to this great charity and make our contribution to this noble cause representative of our wonderful chapter.

Learning Center Collection and Sign-Up Forms: Please bring in any of the following: pencils, pencil grips, pencil erasers, dry erase markers, scotch tape, or pens. The center is in need of these items on a regular basis. There is a box in the lobby where you can place these items.
A sign-up sheet is available to all who can assist in answering phones at the Learning Center Monday-Thursday from 2:30-5:30. We only need to assist a short number of days because of the vacation and holiday schedule, so let's help them out, as they are helping others! Thank you! These are ongoing service projects of Sister Lisa and Brother Ray.

Suppers: Please call Sister Jean C. Sudsbury, P.M., (882-1088) if you can assist with a supper on January 27, 2003. Also, please call Sister Shelley M. Gullett (595-2672) or Sister Lisa F. Britko (888-8533) if you can help with a supper February 12, 2003.

Nashua Assembly #9, IORG: Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7:00 PM. The next meeting will be Thursday, January 16th. Come support our lovely Rainbow Girls!
Rainbow Pledge Group: Under the direction of Pledge Mom, Sister Sherry M. Jackson (598-2682) is actively looking for new members; please call Mom Sherry if you know of a girl age 8-11 years old who would like to join.
OES Breakfast to benefit Rainbow: The next breakfast will be held on Sunday, January 19th, from 7:30-10am. Everyone is invited. All proceeds go to the Rainbow girl's projects.

WANTED: Used OES Ceremonies Books, Poems and Prose Books, Eastern Star Informational Booklets, etc. to start a lending library to be used by officers and members of Pilgrim Chapter. See Sister Joan L. Smith, P.M. for details.
